Yes, if you have an idea on any of Focus Area you can still apply. However, prior to submission of your Proposal, you have to register as a Company and get it recognised as a ‘Start-Up’ by DPIIT.

1. Certificate of incorporation of your company
2. Certificate of recognition as Start-Up by DPIIT (previously DIPP)
3. Qualification Certificate of founders and key team members
4. Govt. ID Proof (PAN / Aadhar / Driving License/Passport) of founders and key team members
5. Declaration of BlackList
6. Patent certificate,if any (Filed/Granted)

Non mandatory

1. Plans for expansion / Setting-up new Business
2. Technology Identification / Tie-up
3. Project Feasibility Study for expansion / new Business
4. Plan for Financial Closure including details of equity contribution by Founder/Other Investor and tie-up for Debt component
5. Balance Sheet & P/L account

Yes, you can select multiple areas out of List of Areas in Drop Down Menu during online Application

GAIL has adopted a 4 stage Process viz.

1. Eligibility Screening
2. Shortlisting
3. Evaluation and
4. Approval

The time duration will depend on the no.s of Proposals received by GAIL. It shall be our endeavour to process the Proposals within 6 months.
The Proposals would get automatically rejected in case it is not evaluated within 6 months.

One Start-Up company can submit only one Proposal.

Yes, through E-Mail. A unique ID will be provided to your Proposal.

Yes. You can view the Status of your Proposal online though your Unique ID.

Once you have completed the registration form, an activation link shall be sent to your registered E-Mail ID. When you click the activation link, system will prompt you to generate your password.

Password length should be between 8 to 15 characters. It should consist of minimum one alphabetic character, one numeric value and one special character. Password is case sensitive.

Your Login ID will be your registered E-Mail ID.

After successful generation of your login credentials, you need to login to the system through your valid credentials and click on "Submit" button.
