Terms and conditions: -
- We (Buyer) agree(s) that sale of Spot Gas though this portal is subject to the terms and conditions of the already signed Spot Gas Sales Agreement / Master Spot Gas Sales Agreement.
- We (Buyer) declare(s) that we (they) have valid Spot Gas Sales Agreement with GAIL.
- The official quoting the price and quantity on this portal, on behalf of the Buyer, is the authorized person to enter into such transactions on its (Buyer’s) behalf.
- Price, Quantity, Delivery period quoted etc., shall become part of the Gas Sale and Purchase Notice (GSPN). The same is accepted and agreed by the Buyer.
- The price, as bid on this portal, is for gas delivered by GAIL on ex-terminal (Dahej) basis and is exclusive of taxes and statutory levies.
- The quantity, as bid on this portal, is on MMBTU (GCV) basis.
- The approximate conversion factor for MMBTU (GCV) to Standard Cubic Meter (SCM) may be 24.5 to 28 depending upon the location of the customer.
- GAIL shall not be reponsible for any internet connectivity related issues at the customer end.
