Who can give suggestions? |
Any customer of GAIL who buys a product related to Petrochemicals, Gas or Retail business and having a valid SAP customer code & password provided by the company. In case there is any issue regarding the customer code or the password, then please contact your concerned Zonal/Branch office of GAIL. |
Why give suggestions? |
As a customer you use our products & services and therefore know best how we can improve. This is an opportunity for you to suggest ways for us to improve. |
What suggestions can you give? |
Anything that you feel would help us make our products & services more efficient & effective. Or you may have an idea that we have not thought of. Please don't criticize us here but tell us how to do things better. |
How does the scheme work? |
Your suggestion shall be passed on to the concerned department for evaluation & taking appropriate action. You shall be provided with a reference number for the suggestion given by you. |
